Association Meeting June 2021
The yearly association meeting was held June 26, 2021 through personal attendance and Zoom attendance. The following board members were elected: Jeri Burnette, John DeRoches. Sheri Morrison will continue to serve.
If members would like to receive updates to this blog then they need to sign up for them.
Major issues to be addressed by the new board will be painting the wood, exterior stairway repair and pickets. Water intrusion issues will be addressed for buildings one and seven. The assessment will be determined by the new board which will notify homeowners.
Opening: week of April 22nd
As the letter from our President said, Hawks Nest is open for the season. All the siding is finished, looks amazing! I'll post the rest of the photos later, but for those of you who get to come up, you will be pleasantly surprised.
Waiting for bids for repair/maintenance of the property, but it's ready to use, and the weather will be cool and wet this weekend as usual. Building 2 still doesn't have Direct TV. They cannot seem to find a repair person to assign to us. Same old story, install something and then walk away. Such is life in the mountains. AT&T is notified, and they are working on a solution. Please be patient as we work on those items.
